Issue: Water pooling and falling back into the building

 

How ERC fixed the issue:

1. Set in angles with correct fall
2. Prime slab with Ardex Abacrete mixed with a little Ardex BR45
3. Mix Ardex BR45 repair mortar screed and float working to angles
4. Once fully cured prime with Ardex Hydrapoxy WPM 300
5. Apply Ardex RA 040 to perimeter wall/slab joint
6. Apply 3 coats of Ardex WPM 908
